Is this goodbye for WOOD?

Check out some photo's of our Hydrostraw demo for a Hydro Transmission project. Hydrostraw is easy on your pocket book and provides the best growing conditions of any other hydroseeding mulch.

  • Hydrostraw straw fibre holds more moisture and recharges its moisture faster than any other mulch, nearly double the efficiency of wood fibre.
  • You can get 30 to 50% more hydrostraw in a single tank, reducing turn around times when seeding away from a good water source.
  • Straw fibre has a very low C:N ratio of less than 75:1 while wood fibre is 600:1 or more and paper is even higher. What does this mean? The nutrients you put down go to establishing your seed NOT breaking down the wood fibre.

We found hydrostraw laid done very well and provided a nice uniform cover. It was easy to mix, very easy to mix and sprayed in a 200' hose lay very well.

Ask me for more info to save you time and improve your establishment on your next hydroseeding job.
